In 2009, I founded Bridge City Realty as an independent, locally owned brokerage built on a hands-on and highly personalized service model. Over the years, I have grown the firm into a trusted Chattanooga based brand known for its attention to detail, tailored client strategies, and comprehensive market insight.
As Principal Broker, I oversee daily brokerage operations while actively representing buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients. My expertise spans property valuation, investment analysis, contract negotiation, new construction, and multi-state transactions. My sister, Mindy Couch, manages our property management division, overseeing more than 150 rental doors. My oldest son, Ken Harmon, supports our operations through administrative and data management. My youngest son, Blake Harmon, originally brought on as a Leasing Coordinator, is now a licensed Real Estate Professional in Tennessee and Georgia. My husband, Jeremy Landreth, is also a licensed Real Estate Professional and the owner of Builder Bros, a licensed Tennessee contracting company, giving our clients trusted access to construction expertise.
